The University of NSW in Australia conducted a study of at least 20,000 BDSM people and found something unexpected. What they learned was that people who engage in the lifestyle are actually more satisfied and happier than people who do not.

A week in the life…
Wow, it has been a crazy week and I do have to say that I am sorry for not updating.
I was made an OP in the #domination_and_submission chat channel on Collarme.com and one of the first things I had to do was get a bot up and running to handle a lot of the manual work. This has been a very busy week between work, the channel and helping friends with personal issues. Please know that surrender4love and I are doing well.
Surrender4love has been going crazy this last week because of a lack of journal for her to write in, the easy way to resolve this is to have her post it on the site but she often journals about the mundane in day to day life that I am not sure would be of interest to anyone but me. I personally would love to have it all online but feel it would quickly out us if she started sharing information about friends and family as we are a fairly abnormal couple with an abnormal family and with even a little information someone that knows us would be able to link us to the site… this would hurt people that I have no want or reason to hurt, the innocent can not suffer for our attempt to be somewhat public about our lives.
I also do not wish to burden my girl with idle tasks such as writing parts here, copying it to paper and then finishing with the day to day that is only of interest to us. I see this is an issue that I must resolve soon as she is lost without her journal.
I will let you know how this is resolved.
I will post a “deep” article tomorrow night, tonight is just a thinking and sleeping night.

Tags fixed…
I noticed looking at the site logs that the tags on the side were not working for people and whenever someone tried to go to /tags/ they would get a “page not found” error. I have fixed these issues so please feel free to browse around again.
Sorry about that, it was a bug in the version of wordpress I am running.

Contact form was offline…
Damn spammers are persistent! I had to disable the “Contact Us” and “Sponsor Contact” form because I was getting spammed from it, I have fixed it and turned it back on now.
If you were someone trying to send a legitimate communication please try again and I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Damn, the server move borked.
Well, I worked so hard on trying to make sure the server move was transparent… got the site mirrored on the new server, shut down the old site, changed the dns and everything looked ok.
Stupid ME forgot to enable one little check box and it broke the site 
and I did not notice till surrender4love told me today.
Sorry about that people.. its fixed now.
Hope this doesn’t kill our Google ranking

Spammers suck…
Fucking Spammers...
The fucking comment spammers hit me tonight so I had to turn on filtering… which of course means that future comments will take even LONGER to post.
Fucking assholes, I swear it should be legal for me to get access to them for one hour for each comment they spam me with… I have some toys that would make them think twice about ever using a computer again 
Think about it for a moment, how many of us wouldn’t love to get Mr. Spammer up on a St. Andrews Cross for just 30 minutes alone? The joy that could be had… hell, if he survived for that 30 min without a single scream or gasp I would gladly accept the comments that he spams me with now and forever into the future
Ok. Night everyone, I think I will go wake the sleeping sub for a late night beating now…

New site design…
I have redone the design for the site using the 960 Grid system in an attempt to get things to look how I want them to. I am a perfectionist when it comes to some things, go figure… The last design was a hack of one of the free Wordpress themes, it looked like crap and no matter what I did, I could not get things to look how I wanted them too or stay where I put them. If you want something done right sometimes you have to take the time to do it yourself, fuck… like I have enough time.
Please try this theme out and let me know if you have any issues.

Site move…
The move to Wordpress is finished. Please understand that some stuff did not transfer right and a few articles got corrupted in the transfer and we had to remove them.
No comments came over and we lost all categories and users but in the long run the move to Wordpress will help out a lot, we should have done it sooner.
